Swiching to Europen Servers with no more chances???
one of my friends told me i could swich to Europe servers but i dont have anyore chances so he said if i emailed anet the would do it for me but what do i put in the Email and would the Swich me back to US servers if i asked again?

Your friend told you a lie, once you have no more terrortory changes thats it.
In my opinion, it should get reset or add another 5 changes everytime you buy something from their shop. |

They've only done that for people who got stuck in the wrong territory. I.e. you're from America and got stuck on the Euro servers.
I do believe that's the reason they lowered the number of switches to 4. They're not going to do it because you decided to change one more time. |
